Help pages

If anything here is unclear, please contact the author, these pages are meant to be clear and helpful but I already know what I'm talking about. Some parts are very much more finished than others. I intend to keep coming back to these pages to edit them. There's unlikely to be any formal versioning, so if something is different from the last time you looked, then it's because I changed it. I might note major changes somewhere.
